I specialize in working with executives who have naturally grown apart in their founder or leadership journeys, and need help understanding one another, and communicating themselves more effectively to one another.
If you find yourself disagreeing with your co-founder/fellow C-Suite leader about management, product, or financial approaches, I would be a good facilitator for you.
My approach is to meet with each executive, and really untangle and understand their desired path to company success, as well as their concerns about organizational leadership. I then facilitate connection and understanding across the leadership team. Sometimes having someone else deliver your message for you is the most effective key to unlock understanding and communication.
