A Coaching Method Rooted in Ontology and Permanent Change

The field of Ontology is focused on Being. Who are you Being? What are you giving away about yourself in between the lines of your speaking, your body language, and in what all is unspoken about your energy and engagement?

My Ontological training has deeply honed my listening and reflecting skills which allow me to point to people’s blind spots in their patterns of thinking, speaking, and behavior.

In my 9 years of practice, I’ve found that almost no one has slowed down enough to get clear about what they want, whether that be in career, love, family relationships, or how they relate to themselves.

The simple act of getting clear demands personal responsibility, and the smartest folks out there are already at capacity, over compensating in so many ways that they can’t possibly slow down, and they can’t possibly be any more responsible. And so, they resist. They dig their heels in and they avoid clarity as an act of self sabotage. The impact, feeling successful and deeply unfulfilled.

If this is you, let’s talk.
I’ve helped over 1,000 people move themselves into more fulfilled lives through my process of gaining clarity, distinguishing blind spots and patterns of self sabotage, and then building support structures to keep people on track towards their ultimate life goals. I am not a fluffy coach. I say the hard things. I believe that coaching work should be confronting. It should challenge you and make you question the ways you’ve been doing life.  By the end of working together, you should feel like working with me was the best investment you’ve ever made in yourself.
